Terms and Conditions/PPC Policy

Closed PPC Policy: No affiliate should bid on the Leekes brand name, derivatives of the brand name, misspellings or variations, for example "Leekes Voucher Code" is prohibited. This includes using the Leekes domain as the display URL. The brand name may not appear in the ad copy or ad title. Affiliates should negatively match appropriate terms to avoid appearing on these. Direct linking and linking to your own site using Leekes brand terms is also forbidden.
No PPC is permitted on any brand stocked by Leekes which links directly or via a publishers site to Leekes.

Anyone found infringing these terms will be contacted by the Leekes affiliate team. Affiliates found to be breaching the program terms and conditions may have their commissions declined and will face suspension from the program. In extreme circumstances Leekes reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found breaching these terms and conditions and declining any commissions accrued from the activity.

De-duplication policy:
Leekes reserves the right to de-duplicate sales against other channels (i.e. generic ppc, email) on a last click basis.
